The Tournée nutri-tennis, presented by Tennis Québec and Teach Nutrition, returns to Québec schools for its 2026 tour!
What is the Tournée nutri-tennis?
The Tournée nutri-tennis has visited around 40 Québec elementary schools each year for the past 15 years. Its goal is to introduce students to mini-tennis and promote a healthy lifestyle through a program that combines physical activity and healthy eating. The mini-tennis component introduces students to this sport in a fun and active way, and shows physical education and health teachers how to teach mini-tennis in the gym or as an extracurricular activity. As for the healthy eating component, it reaches the entire school team to help teachers and educators talk about healthy eating with students using free turnkey resources.
